Academic Requirements
Successful completion of a three (3) year bachelor’s degree from any country or Completed AQF level 5 (Diploma Level) or higher Qualification in Australia

English Proficiency
English language: Have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 with no band below 5.5, or other equivalent test scores
OR
Completed AQF level 5 (Diploma Level) Qualification
OR
Evidence that they have studied in English for at least five years in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, South Africa, United Kingdom or United States of America
OR
Evidence that within two years of their application date, they have successfully completed Certificate IV or higher-level qualification from the Australian Qualifications Framework
OR
For level 1 countries students, they successfully complete the Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Test administered by Innovative institute of Australia.

On completion of BSB80120- Graduate diploma of management (Learning) , students may continue their education in master’s degree programs offered by Australian Higher Education providers. Students must check with the university admission requirements as per the course you may be interested to enroll.

Exit Pathways:
Students obtaining a competency for all units in this course will be awarded the full qualification BSB80120- Graduate diploma of management (Learning) , including certificate and Record of results. Students not obtaining a competent result for all units in this course or leaving the course in middle will receive a Statement of Attainment. Indicating the actual number of units, they achieve competency

Students completing BSB80120- Graduate diploma of management (Learning) may enter workplace or continue current roles:

• Head of School/RTO
• Senior Training Manager
• RTO Compliance Manager
• RTO General Manager
• Career Development Manager

The AQF volume of learning of an Advanced Diploma is 1200 to 2400 hours or 1 year to 2 years. Volume of learning may be adjusted depending upon the student cohort. If students have previous relevant experience, the total volume of learning may be reduced.

For this qualification:

• Delivery is face to face classroom based under supervision from a qualified trainer and assessor.
• Practical training and experience would happen in a simulated business environments allowing for training, practice and assessment to occur in an appropriate business environment.
• Students are also required to undertake unsupervised home study.

Students with prior learning and work experience can apply for RPL. Recognition of prior learning evidence must include some of the following:

• Work experience
• Life experience
• Previous study
• Professional development programs

Students who have completed corresponding units of competency and/or units contained within the packaging rules can apply for Credit Transfer.

Assessment methods used for this qualification will provide a range of ways for individuals to demonstrate that they have met the required outcomes including:

• Written Questions and Answers
• Projects
• Role-play
• Case Studies
• Observations

At the beginning of each unit, trainers will outline the assessment tasks that must be completed.

Participants need to complete eight (8) units of competency, within the BSB Package at Graduate Diploma Level.

This qualification has:

03 core units.

05 elective units, of which:

• 3 elective units must be selected from the elective units listed in the training package
• 2 elective units: up to 2 units may be selected from the elective units listed from https://training.gov.au/Training/Details/BSB80120

if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from an Advanced Diploma, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.

Total Delivery Hours of the Qualification is 1320 Hours (1060 for training and 260 for supervised Assessment Activities)
